Role Overview
We are looking for a Channel Salesperson to build and activate channel partners in Singapore as part of Netpluz’s Channel go-to-market strategy. This role is focused on channel-managed accounts and works closely with Netpluz leadership and direct sales teams on co-sell opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
• Recruit and manage MSP, SI, and technology partners in Singapore
• Activate partners to sell VAPT, MSOC and other Managed Services offered by Netpluz
• Support partner-led sales cycles, including joint sales meetings
• Manage deal registration and ensure clear account ownership
• Coordinate pricing, proposals, and delivery with internal teams
• Track partner pipelines and drive partner-sourced revenue
• Act as the first escalation point for potential channel conflict
Requirements
• 2–3 years experience in channel sales, cybersecurity, MSP, SI, or cloud services
• Experience working with partners, not just direct customers
• Understanding of VAPT and managed security concepts
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Compensation & Growth
• Base salary SGD 3,000 – 5,000 / month
• Uncapped commissions on partner-sourced revenue
• Career path to Channel Sales Manager as the business scales
