We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to lead customer acquisition and manage key accounts for our cybersecurity and IT infrastructure offerings. The Sales Manager will play a critical role in driving revenue growth, building customer relationships, and executing strategic sales initiatives. Key Responsibilities:- Manage and grow a portfolio of customers in the cybersecurity and infrastructure domain.- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target sectors.- Promote and sell solutions such as EDR, XDR, SIEM, SOC, DLP, HCI, and Virtualization.- Build strong relationships with clients, partners, and vendors.- Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations with support from pre-sales teams.- Track and manage sales pipeline and activities using CRM tools.- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.- Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor offerings. Requirements:- Bachelors degree in Business, IT, or a related field.- 1 - 5 years of cybersecurity and sales experience, with strong UAE and Oman exposure.- Experience working with IT resellers, system integrators, or value-added resellers.- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer management skills.- Familiarity with vendors such as Fortinet, Bitdefender, Dell, HPE, VMware, etc.- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently. Preferred Skills:- Experience in handling government or enterprise accounts.- Knowledge of bid/tender processes.- Understanding of distributor and vendor management.
