An exciting crypto start-up, fully funded and in a strong growth phase, is seeking a talented Product Manager / Product Owner to join their expanding team. This is a fantastic opportunity to help shape trading products within a fast-moving environment that combines the innovation of fintech with the rigour of financial markets.
What you’ll do:
Take ownership of product delivery within an Agile Scrum environment
Define and deliver product roadmaps in collaboration with stakeholders
Lead initiatives related to trade execution systems, traded risk, exchange-based trading, or FX systems
Partner with technical and business teams to ensure effective design, implementation, and continuous improvement
What we’re looking for:
5–7 years’ experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or Business Analyst
Proven track record working in Agile Scrum frameworks
Minimum 4 years’ experience in financial markets, ideally in trading execution or traded risk
Solid understanding of FX, derivatives, or exchange-based trading systems
Based in London (preferred), though Abu Dhabi could be considered
