Bilingual Technical Help Analyst (Quebec French required)

What You’ll Do
You will provide Tier 1 telephone and email support to internal users and external customers across Canada. Your ability to listen, troubleshoot patiently, and communicate clearly will help users navigate a suite of internal web-based systems. This role balances independent work with close collaboration among IT, Operations, and other support teams.
Responsibilities
• Provide courteous and timely Tier 1 support for intranet and internet systems
• Respond to inquiries via phone and email with a calm, problem-solving approach
• Ensure all interactions meet quality standards and escalate issues when needed
• Document recurring issues and contribute to future improvements
• Support operational tasks including translation review, user testing, and project requests
• Take ownership of customer issues from start to resolution
Qualifications
• Fluency in Quebec French and English, spoken and written
• 2 to 3 years of experience in a technical support or help desk environment
• Strong customer service skills and telephone presence
• Solid PC troubleshooting knowledge and comfort with web-based tools
• Post-secondary education
• Calm under pressure with the ability to de-escalate and resolve user concerns
• Experience in real estate systems or CRM is an asset
