Role Summary/Purpose: This position is a fantastic opportunity to drive growth and expansion within our Health & Wellness Product Solutions team. Reporting to the VP, you will collaborate seamlessly with various teams, including Health & Wellness Industry General Managers, Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Technology, Operations, and Analytics. Your focus will be on harnessing the potential of our CareCredit product and building lasting relationships with stakeholders to achieve ambitious growth targets. Our Way of Working: We value flexibility and choice in how you work. At Synchrony, you can either work from home near one of our hubs or at one of our offices. Occasionally, you may need to attend in-person engagements at a local office, such as business meetings or training sessions. Essential Responsibilities: • Identify new opportunities for installment loan products and MSF within CareCredit clients. • Collaborate effectively with Account Managers to present, sell, and onboard key strategic accounts, driving high utilization rates. • Engage closely with CareCredit sales organizations to maximize the uptake of MSF and Installment products. • Conduct market research to pinpoint areas for expansion and create strategic growth plans targeting installment loans. • Work alongside the product team to develop innovative solutions and address any product gaps to enter new markets. • Partner with product marketing to execute relevant messaging and materials that align with our growth strategies. • Collaborate with industry marketing teams to design impactful marketing content and tradeshow initiatives. • Provide insightful analysis and reporting to evaluate and drive growth in utilization. • Assess performance metrics to formulate ideal growth strategies, utilizing data to inform the broader growth approach. • Identify and leverage trends and partnership opportunities that can foster growth. • Ensure all contractual obligations are satisfied. • Undertake additional duties and special projects as assigned. Qualifications/Requirements: • Bachelor's Degree or 10+ years of experience in financial services or a related field. • 5+ years of sales or marketing experience in financial services, demonstrating a strong track record of results. • A minimum of 4 years' experience in delivering formal communications to senior business leaders or key external partners. • Willingness and ability to travel for business as required: up to 50%, including overnight and some weekend travel. Desired Characteristics: • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related area. • Familiarity with the dental industry and a thorough understanding of the marketplace. • Experience in building and nurturing relationships with Senior Management. • In-depth knowledge of installment and revolving credit markets, including compliance requirements. • Sound knowledge of the local marketplace and dealer base. • Ability to discover new opportunities and develop alternative solutions for success. • Skilled in conducting effective sales presentations and consultative selling techniques. • Proven results-oriented track record. • Highly motivated, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. • Experience using contact management software and Salesforce.com. • Strong analytical capabilities blended with excellent communication skills. • Demonstrated ability to influence corporate decision-makers and excel in negotiations. • Proven capacity to work independently and remotely. Grade/Level: 11 The salary range for this position is 90,000.00 - 155,000.00 USD annually, with eligibility for an annual bonus based on both individual and company performance. Actual compensation will be based on experience and skills. Eligibility Requirements: • Must be 18 years or older. • Should have a high school diploma or equivalent. • Willingness to take a drug test, submit to a background check, and provide fingerprints during the onboarding process. • Must satisfy required provisions of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act. • New hires at Levels 4-7 need 9 months of continuous service before being eligible to apply to other roles.
