Job Title: Automation Engineer – DeltaV

Job Summary:
We are looking for an Automation Engineer with DeltaV expertise to support GMP manufacturing operations. This role focuses on DeltaV configuration, batch recipe development, and real-time automation support for manufacturing equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Configure, develop, and maintain DeltaV batch recipes and control logic
• Provide hands-on DeltaV troubleshooting and shop-floor support
• Support automation lifecycle activities including commissioning and validation (FAT/SAT, IQ/OQ)
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Process Engineering, Validation, and Quality teams
• Ensure compliance with GMP, FDA, and data integrity requirements
Required Qualifications:
• Hands-on DeltaV experience (mandatory)
• Experience with DeltaV batch/recipe development (ISA-88)
• Automation experience in GMP-regulated environments (pharma/biotech)
