Responsibilities
Design test cases and plan, perform testing from the user's perspective.
Gather and analyze data in support of business cases, projects, and process/system requirements
Communicate test progress, test results, and other relevant information to the development team and management
Perform regression testing to ensure modifications have been achieved for the target
Cultivate and disseminate knowledge of quality assurance/testing best practices
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
3-4 years of solid experience in roles such as QA Engineer, Software Tester, or Software Engineer
Proven experience in the Digital Tech & Marketing industry is preferred
Proficient in web application testing with hands-on experience in Automation Testing, including End-to-End Testing, Regression Testing, and Integration Testing (familiarity with tools like Postman, SoapUI, SwaggerUI)
Understanding of Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Deployment (CD) principles, alongside the advantages of automating testing and deployment processes
Knowledge of programming or scripting languages, as well as the ability to write SQL or DB stored procedures is a plus
Familiarity with software testing methods, frameworks (e.g., Jest, Mocha, Chai), and automated testing tools (e.g., Cypress, Selenium) is essential
Experience with build tools (e.g., Jenkins, CircleCI, GitLab Runner, GitHub Actions) and configuring these for automated testing and deployment is advantageous
Proficient in both Chinese and English
