A legal services firm in the northern suburbs near O’Hare airport is seeking an Administrative / Legal Assistant to join its team. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity (3–6 months) with strong potential to convert for the right long-term fit. The team works collaboratively in person Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm, with rare overtime and a strong respect for work/life balance. In this role, you’ll support the team with answering phones and client inquiries, following up with clients, proofreading and preparing documents, organizing and filing paperwork, and assisting with general administrative tasks. This position plays a key role in creating a positive experience for clients and helping keep day-to-day operations running smoothly.
