Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Web Developer & Website Manager to take full ownership of the Patriot Real Estate website. This role is responsible for end-to-end website development, integrations, performance optimization, security, and ongoing maintenance, ensuring the website effectively supports lead generation, marketing initiatives, and business growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesWebsite Development & Management
• Manage, maintain, and continuously enhance the Patriot Real Estate website
• Develop new pages, features, and design updates aligned with brand guidelines
• Ensure website stability, scalability, and optimal performance
Integrations & Plugin Management
• Manage CMS plugins, extensions, and third-party tools
• Handle integrations with CRM systems, lead forms, analytics platforms, marketing tools, and APIs
• Ensure seamless data flow between the website, CRM, and sales systems
Performance, Security & Optimization
• Optimize website speed, performance, and mobile responsiveness
• Implement security best practices, backups, and access controls
• Monitor website uptime, troubleshoot issues, and proactively resolve bugs
SEO, Analytics & Tracking
• Ensure correct implementation of Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and tracking pixels
• Support technical SEO best practices, including page structure, metadata, and indexing
• Maintain accurate tracking for lead forms and conversion events
Content & User Experience (UX) Support
• Collaborate closely with marketing, design, and content teams
• Ensure landing pages and lead forms are optimized for conversions
• Maintain a clean, intuitive, and premium user experience
Maintenance & Governance
• Perform regular website updates, audits, and quality checks
• Document integrations, workflows, and technical processes
• Ensure compliance with performance, security, and brand standards
Required Skills & Experience
• Minimum 3+ years of experience managing and developing business or real estate websites
• Strong hands-on experience with CMS platforms (WordPress or similar)
• Proven expertise in plugin management, website integrations, and APIs
• Solid understanding of website performance optimization and security best practices
• Experience supporting lead-generation and marketing-driven websites
Technical Skills
• HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP (or relevant CMS technology stack)
• CMS platforms and plugin ecosystems
• Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager
• CRM integrations (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar – preferred)
• Hosting environments, backups, and version control systems
