Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and organized Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for callers and those who email. They will provide exceptional customer service and administrative support.
This role requires strong communication skills, proficiency in office software, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Hours Required
• Monday - Friday 4 - 8 pm AND Saturday 9 am - 4 pm
• Monday - Friday 8 am - 4 pm would be required on some occassions to cover vacation. (Specifically this coming March Break for example as well as weeks during summer).
• Hours will be as low as 20 and as high as 40 per week
• Pay would be reassessed after 3 months and again annually
• This role does not support someone who has another job that is not flexible as we do require some flexibility*
Responsibilities
• Manage all incoming phone calls in timely manner
• Schedule appointments and jobs using software provided
• Support customer service efforts by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally
• Support finance manager/owner in activities related to customer support, as needed
• Ensure compliance with office policies and procedures
Skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
• Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new software quickly
• Excellent customer service skills with professional phone etiquette
• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
• Prior administrative or office experience preferred; medical or dental office experience is a plus
• Ability to support customer support functions effectively
