Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and developing intuitive, user-centered digital interfaces and experiences. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and stakeholders to turn user requirements into engaging and functional interfaces that enhance user satisfaction and drive business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and develop responsive, user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Translate user needs and business requirements into functional, visually appealing interfaces.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and mockups based on UI/UX principles.
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure design feasibility and consistency.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iterate on designs.
• Maintain and expand a consistent design system, including UI components and style guides.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Stay updated on the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.
• Support front-end development with clean, reusable code using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.
• 3–5 years of proven experience in UI/UX design and development.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating experience with design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch) and front-end development.
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Understanding of REST APIs and integration with backend services.
• Familiarity with responsive design principles and accessibility standards (WCAG).
Skills & Competencies:
• Strong aesthetic sense with an eye for detail and consistency.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Passion for user-centered design and improving the user experience.
Preferred:
• Experience with motion design and interaction animations.
• Knowledge of CSS preprocessors like SASS or LESS.
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
