A company is looking for a Senior C# / Webex Contact Center (WXCC) Developer.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze and refactor the existing legacy C# / .NET Framework web application for compatibility with Webex Contact Center cloud services
Collaborate with the app owner to understand historical logic and business rules in a low-documentation environment
Support integration with Webex Contact Center, ensuring proper data consumption and display during the cloud transition
Required Qualifications
5-7+ years of professional experience in C# and .NET Framework development
Hands-on experience with Cisco Webex Contact Center (WXCC), including reporting modules
Strong understanding of web application architecture on Windows Server
Familiarity with SQL Server data structures
Ability to quickly adapt to older codebases and document findings
