We are seeking a highly organized Testing / Training / Change (QA) Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and governance of testing, training, and change‑readiness activities across our transformation program. This role ensures that business users, IT teams, and project stakeholders are fully prepared for upcoming releases and go‑lives through structured testing cycles, effective training enablement, and proactive change management coordination. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, collaborative, and able to coordinate multiple streams of work in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining clear communication and documentation discipline. Key ResponsibilitiesTesting Coordination • Coordinate the end‑to‑end testing lifecycle across SIT, UAT, regression, and readiness testing cycles. • Work with functional leads and business SMEs to capture test scenarios, scripts, and acceptance criteria. • Support test execution scheduling, environment readiness checks, and defect triage meetings. • Track test progress, defects, and retest cycles, ensuring timely resolution with the QA, functional, and technical teams. • Maintain testing documentation, dashboards, and status reporting for project leadership. Training Coordination • Coordinate the development and delivery of training materials, job aids, and user documentation. • Support training scheduling, logistics, enrollment, attendance tracking, and feedback collection. • Collaborate with business trainers and SMEs to ensure training content aligns with system functionality and business processes. • Manage training environments, user access, data sets, and readiness checks prior to training delivery. Change Management Support • Assist with communication planning, stakeholder engagement, and change‑impact assessments. • Track change readiness indicators and escalate risks or gaps to the Change Lead. • Help manage distribution of communications, newsletters, updates, and project announcements. • Maintain change logs, stakeholder matrices, and readiness reports. Project Coordination & Governance • Organize workshops, meetings, and working sessions for testing, training, and change activities. • Maintain RAID logs, meeting notes, action items, and follow‑ups across workstreams. • Ensure alignment across testing, training, and change timelines with overall project milestones. • Support go‑live readiness assessments, hypercare preparation, and post‑implementation stabilization activities. Qualifications Required • 10 years of experience in testing coordination, training support, or change management within enterprise projects. • Experience supporting large‑scale system implementations (SAP exposure is an asset). • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. • Proficiency with project tools (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps, HP ALM, SharePoint, Teams, Excel). • Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced environment. Preferred Qualifications • Experience within ERP transformation programs (SAP preferred). • Familiarity with testing methodologies, instructional design principles, or change management frameworks (e.g., ADKAR). • Exposure to user training design, technical documentation, or business process mapping. • Certifications such as CTFL (ISTQB), PROSCI, or PMP/PMI-ACP are considered an asset.
