Training Centre Administrator (Receptionist)
Location: London – International House (next to the Tower of London)
Schedule: On-site, Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
Contract: Full-time, 40 hours per week
About the Role
Join QA as a Training Centre Administrator, where you’ll be the first point of contact for our flagship London training centre and staff office. You’ll deliver exceptional reception and administrative support, ensuring every visitor and colleague experiences a professional, welcoming environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Greet and register visitors, learners, and colleagues
• Manage day-to-day admin tasks to maintain a high-quality customer experience
• Coordinate couriers, order supplies, and arrange maintenance when needed
• Keep the centre looking pristine and inviting
• Investigate and report any no-shows for scheduled events
• Act as a helpdesk for trainers, learners, and colleagues across QA’s network of training centres
This is a dynamic role in a stunning, cutting-edge centre where no two days are the same!
About You
You’ll thrive in this role if you have experience in a customer-facing position—whether in an office, training centre, retail, or hospitality—and can bring:
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
• A proactive, can-do attitude
• Creativity and fresh ideas
• The ability to work independently and take initiative
