Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and passionate Corporate Technical Trainer to lead technical training and digital enablement for a global organization of approximately 4,000 employees. This role is responsible for designing, delivering, and evolving engaging training programs that help employees confidently and effectively use our core technology platforms and emerging tools. The ideal candidate is a dynamic educator, equally comfortable training large audiences in person or virtually, building modern training content, and staying on the cutting edge of technology—especially productivity platforms and AI. You bring a positive, encouraging energy to every session and enjoy making learning fun through creativity and gamification. What You'll Do Training Strategy & Leadership • Own and lead the global technical training strategy for a 4,000-employee organization • Design scalable training programs that support employees across regions, time zones, and roles • Partner with IT, People Team including Operations and People Development, and Business Teams to align training with company initiatives and tool rollouts Content Development • Create engaging training content including live instructor-led sessions, virtual training, on-demand videos, and written guides • Continuously update content to reflect new features, releases, and best practices • Incorporate real-world scenarios and hands-on exercises Platform & Tool Enablement • Serve as a subject matter expert for internal applications such as Microsoft 365, Box, Zoom, Asana, Slack, ChatGPT, and AI tools • Stay up to date on new features and translate them into training opportunities Delivery & Facilitation • Facilitate engaging training sessions for large groups, both in-person and virtually • Adapt delivery style to different learning styles and technical skill levels • Foster an inclusive and supportive learning environment Learning Technology & LMS • Utilize Workday Learning, Wasserman’s LMS,to host content, track participation, and measure effectiveness • Explore AI-driven learning tools to enhance engagement and personalization Gamification & Engagement • Develop creative ways to make learning fun through gamification, challenges, and incentives • Introduce innovative training formats to increase engagement Qualifications • Proven experience as a corporate or technical trainer • Experience training large, diverse audiences • Strong content creation and presentation skills • Familiarity with LMS platforms and AI tools • Excellent communication and facilitation abilities Success Traits • Passionate about continuous learning and innovation • Positive, enthusiastic, and encouraging teaching style • Creative and adaptable problem solver • Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment Why This Role Matters This role empowers our global workforce to adopt new technologies, work more efficiently, and embrace innovation. You will shape how employees learn and engage with technology across the organization. Base salary range: $110-135K, plus bonus potential if applicable for role. Actual base salary is dependent on several factors including but not limited to; market dynamics, location and region, experience, specialized skills/training (education), level of responsibility, budgetary considerations, tenure at the company (for current employees), etc. The salary range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees.
