Responsibilities Manage a team to provide 24/7 on-call support for the government application and its operational systems. Supervise the maintenance, enhancement, and documentation of the application system, ensuring all program specifications are up-to-date. Lead the team in executing routine critical tasks, including Disaster Recovery Drills, Information Security Incident Handling Drills, Security Risk Assessments & Audits, and Privacy Impact Assessments & Audits. Liaise effectively with Service Providers and Government backend system support teams to resolve operational issues. Perform additional duties as assigned by the line manager. Qualifications A bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Minimum 8 years of relevant IT management experience. Excellent project management and technical consultancy skills. Solid, demonstrable experience in conducting Security Risk Assessments & Audits and Privacy Impact Assessments & Audits. Exposure to mission‑critical Government IT systems is highly preferred. Strong technical skills as outlined below.
