Job Title: Technical Program Manager (TPM) – Frontend Platforms
Location : San Leandro, Ca. ## Hybrid ## W2 Only ( No VISA Sponsorship)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead and deliver front-end development programs across web and mobile platforms. This role focuses on React-based web applications and native/mobile development for Android and iOS. The TPM will partner closely with Frontend Engineering, Mobile teams, Product, UX/UI, and QA to ensure successful execution and delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end program execution for front-end and mobile development initiatives
Coordinate across React, Android, and iOS engineering teams
Work closely with Product and UX teams to translate requirements into executable plans
Define program scope, milestones, dependencies, and delivery timelines
Track risks, issues, and technical dependencies specific to front-end and mobile platforms
Ensure alignment on APIs, UI standards, performance, and accessibility
Drive Agile ceremonies (planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives)
Communicate program status, metrics, and delivery updates to stakeholders and leadership
Support release planning, rollout, and post-release stabilization
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager or Technical Project Manager
Strong understanding of front-end technologies (React, JavaScript, HTML, CSS)
Experience managing mobile development programs (Android and iOS)
Hands-on experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple dependencies across distributed teams
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with mobile frameworks, app store releases, and mobile CI/CD pipelines
Familiarity with REST APIs, backend integrations, and performance optimization
Experience working with UX/UI design systems
Background in consumer-facing or large-scale digital platforms
PMP, Agile, or SAFe certification is a plus
