Position: Senior Technical Program Manager (Agile)
Location: New York
Responsibilities
• Lead complex programs and initiatives that span multiple departments and stakeholder groups.
• Manage and coordinate analytics and data insights programs, including dashboards, reporting, and implementation efforts.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies such as planning sessions, backlog refinement, prioritization discussions, and retrospectives.
• Drive alignment, collaboration, and accountability across teams with competing priorities.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and impediments; proactively remove blockers and manage program-level risk.
Requirements
• 7+ years of experience as an Agile Program Manager in a technical and/or analytical environment.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent agile certification required (or equivalent experience).
• Strong understanding of agile software development methodologies, with demonstrated success improving team productivity and delivery.
• Proven experience working within a Program Management Office (PMO) to deliver complex, cross-functional solutions.
• Excellent facilitation, negotiation, and coaching skills; ability to bridge technical teams and business partners.
