The Role
Looking for a Full-Stack Technical Co-Founder based in NYC to own the entire technical stack and build production-ready platform. True co-founder role with significant equity and full technical autonomy.
What You'll Build
• Multi-sided platform (creators + consumers + brand partners)
• Payment infrastructure with revenue splits and automated payouts
• Video streaming and content delivery
• Real-time analytics and engagement systems
• Web application and mobile apps (iOS/Android)
• Gamification and rewards infrastructure
What We're Looking For
Required:
• Strong full-stack experience (backend + frontend + mobile)
• Video streaming platform experience
• Consumer app experience (Gen Z audience)
• Multi-sided marketplace experience
• TypeScript/JavaScript proficiency
• Modern web frameworks (React or similar)
• Mobile development (React Native) or willingness to learn
• Payment systems experience
• Startup/0→1 experience—autonomous decision-making
• Based in NYC**
