Role Overview
We are seeking a Co-Founder with strong fintech experience and a proven track record in scaling businesses. The ideal candidate will work closely with the founding team to define vision, drive growth, lead go-to-market strategies, and play a key role in fundraising, investor relations, and strategic expansion initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Drive the overall business strategy and vision in alignment with the founding team
Lead Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy, including product positioning, pricing, partnerships, and market expansion
Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, VCs, and strategic partners
Actively lead fundraising efforts, including pitch decks, investor meetings, negotiations, and deal closures
Oversee valuation planning, growth strategies, and revenue models
Identify and execute Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) opportunities, including due diligence and integration
Represent Mypursu at industry events, investor forums, and strategic discussions
Mentor leadership and cross-functional teams to build a scalable and high-impact organization
Required Skills & Experience
7–10 years of experience, preferably in FinTech or related technology-driven industries
Strong experience in Go-To-Market strategy and business scaling
Proven expertise in fundraising, investor relations, valuation, and growth planning
Hands-on exposure to M&A strategy, execution, or integration
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
Strategic mindset with strong execution capability in fast-paced startup environments
