About the Project
Sepal is engaged in an innovative qualitative research study aimed at establishing benchmarks of professional excellence in business education. We invite seasoned professionals to contribute their knowledge through structured documentation of their work, creation of specific screening criteria, and development of high-quality case studies. As a selected contributor, you will play a vital role in shaping an industry-informed framework for assessing business education expertise, emphasizing practical applications, decision-making, and professional judgment.

• Business Professor
• Management Instructor
• Marketing Lecturer
• Finance Instructor
• Entrepreneurship Faculty
• Business Administration Teacher
Requirements:
• Master's degree or higher in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Marketing, or a related discipline
• At least 4 years of full-time professional experience in business education or industry with teaching responsibilities
• Familiarity with current business practices, case study methodology, and experiential learning approaches
• Professional certifications (CPA, CFA, PMP) or relevant industry leadership experience (preferred)
• Fluency in English
• Access to a computer with stable internet and video conferencing capabilities
• Comfortable using remote work tools (messaging, video calls, document uploads)
• Able to work independently and follow written instructions
What You'll Do:
• Share your professional journey, industry background, and teaching methodology
• Assist in defining field-specific evaluation questions for faculty hiring and program assessment
• Document at least one significant course development project, case study creation, or industry partnership, detailing context, approach, challenges, and outcomes
• Participate in brief feedback or calibration sessions as needed
Compensation & Logistics:
• Earn between $50 to $75 per hour, based on your expertise and relevance, with bonuses for significant contributions
• Starts with a paid trial period
• Compensation provided bi-weekly based on approved and tracked hours
• Fully remote and asynchronous, allowing you to work at your own pace within flexible deadlines
