Responsibilities: • This role is part of the Business Support function and is critical to maintaining the reliability, performance, and stability of trading systems and strategies. • The Reliability Engineer will work closely with both regional and global teams to monitor, troubleshoot, and improve high-frequency trading infrastructure, with a particular focus on market data, order routing, and automation. • The ideal candidate is hands-on, highly responsive, and experienced in developing and extending Python-based frameworks. Strong expertise in workflow scheduling using Airflow and a deep understanding of trading system internals are essential. • Partner with regional and global support teams to manage incidents efficiently and deliver timely solutions • Enhance and expand existing Python frameworks, contributing to the shared codebase • Provide production support for high-frequency trading systems, particularly market data and order routing components • Perform latency analysis and performance investigations to improve system quality • Design, develop, and optimize scheduling workflows using Airflow DAGs to meet business requirements Requirements: • 5+ years of experience in a technology or production support role, preferably within finance or crypto • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field • Strong Python programming skills and hands-on experience with scheduling tools such as Airflow • In-depth understanding of HFT systems, order flow, and market data • Familiarity with cloud infrastructure is a plus • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to perform under pressure • Strong communication skills and experience working with distributed teams • Willingness to provide after-hours, weekend, or holiday support when needed Application: • Apply to this job posting, and email your CV with the job title as the subject line to: T.Wong@GravitasGroup.com
