Job Title : Solutions Architect / Business Analyst / Product Owner – Pega Automation Location : NYC / Tampa / Dallas Duration : 12+ months Job Summary We are seeking a versatile Solutions Architect with strong Business Analysis and Product Ownership experience to design, deliver, and optimize enterprise automation solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Pega-based workflow automation, case management, and AI-driven orchestration, with a strong understanding of business processes. Experience in structured finance is a significant advantage, enabling effective collaboration with business and technology stakeholders in complex financial environments. Key Responsibilities Required Qualifications • 7+ years of experience in Solutions Architecture, Business Analysis, or Product Ownership • Strong hands-on experience with Pega Platform (workflow automation, case management, integrations) • Experience designing business process automation and orchestration solutions • Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Solution Architecture & Design • Design end-to-end Pega-based automation solutions for complex business processes • Architect scalable, secure, and high-performing workflow and case management systems • Leverage Pega AI and decisioning capabilities to orchestrate intelligent business processes • Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture standards and best practices Business Analysis • Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements, pain points, and objectives • Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications • Perform process analysis, gap analysis, and optimization of existing workflows • Support structured finance use cases such as deal lifecycle management, approvals, compliance, and reporting Product Ownership • Own and manage the product backlog, prioritizing features and enhancements based on business value • Define user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics • Act as the primary liaison between business, engineering, and QA teams • Support Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and reviews Delivery & Governance • Guide development teams through implementation, testing, and deployment • Ensure compliance with regulatory, risk, and governance requirements • Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations Preferred Qualifications • Structured finance domain experience (e.g., securitization, asset-backed finance, deal structuring) • Experience with Pega AI, decisioning, and rules-based automation • Pega certifications (CSA, CSSA, or LSA) • Background in financial services, banking, or capital markets Key Skills • Pega BPM & Case Management • Workflow Automation & AI Orchestration • Business Process Modeling • Product Backlog Management • Stakeholder Engagement • Agile / Scrum Thanks and regards, Asha Krishna Associate Director - Talent Partner - US & Canada https://www.useready.com/ Email: ashak@useready.com
