Technical & Tooling Experience • Familiarity with Agile delivery tools (e.g., Jira, ClickUp, Confluence) • Experience with design and collaboration tools such as Figma, Miro, or similar • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles (IA, interaction design, accessibility) • Awareness of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) and privacy considerations (e.g., PIPEDA, GDPR) • Hands-on exposure to AI tools supporting research, documentation, or design workflows Soft Skills & Attributes • Strong communicator able to translate complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences • Comfortable leading in ambiguity and creating clarity from incomplete information • Design-first mindset with strong business and delivery awareness • Collaborative, proactive, and comfortable owning decisions • Calm under pressure and effective at balancing scope, timelines, and quality Compensation • Base salary range: $100,000 – $120,000 CAD per year, depending on experience and alignment with the role • Bonus: ~20% Performance-based bonus program • Education Budget: $1,500/year • Benefits: Health, dental, vision, prescriptions, and subsidized wellness programs.
