About the Role We are looking for a Senior Application and Product Solutions Architect to join our dynamic team. In this impactful role, you'll be instrumental in designing, implementing, and delivering innovative software solutions. You will bridge strategic architectural vision with practical technical execution, collaborating closely with engineering and product teams to ensure alignment with business goals. Your responsibilities will also include developing reference models, mentoring developers, ensuring top-notch quality standards, optimizing DevOps processes, and governing architecture for our SaaS platforms. Key Responsibilities • Work in synergy with Solutions Architecture and Agile teams to translate product roadmaps into robust application architectures. • Create reference architectures, prototypes, and starter projects to enhance project delivery and maintain architectural coherency. • Lead the technical planning, initiate improvements in DevOps, and engage in R&D to explore new tools and frameworks. • Conduct code reviews, mentor team members, and uphold architectural consistency and quality standards. • Promote exceptional software quality and best practices across engineering teams. • Embed security, compliance, and data protection into all architectural frameworks. • Ensure scalability, performance, and high availability of enterprise SaaS workloads. • Collaborate with Product, UX, and Infrastructure leaders to align technical and business needs. • Contribute to the governance of enterprise architecture by defining technology standards and design review processes. • Effectively address complex integration and scalability challenges. • Create and maintain comprehensive architecture documentation and reusable standards. • Perform testing, validation, and optimization of architectural components. • Stay updated with industry best practices, particularly in cloud-native SaaS environments. • Communicate architectural strategies effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences. • Stay informed about emerging technologies to assess their potential impact on product features and efficiency. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline (or equivalent experience). • 7+ years of software development experience, with comprehensive expertise in C# and modern JavaScript frameworks (such as Angular, React, or Vue). • 3+ years in a technical leadership role, successfully delivering enterprise-level applications. • Experience in developing and deploying SaaS solutions in cloud environments (preferably Azure). • Skilled in CI/CD, containerization, Kubernetes, and DevOps automation practices. • Strong understanding of Agile and Iterative SDLC methodologies. • Familiarity with automated testing frameworks (C#/Selenium), BDD, and quality assurance best practices. • Experience with architectural modeling and visualization tools (e.g., Sparx EA, Draw.io, or Lucidchart). • Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities to address complex technical challenges. • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, translating technical strategies into business value effectively. • Demonstrated ability to mentor and guide teams towards excellence. • Experience in regulated sectors such as finance, risk, or compliance is a plus. Applicants may be required to attend an onsite interview at a Wolters Kluwer location as part of the hiring process. Compensation: $116,300.00 - $203,900.00 USD, with eligibility for a bonus. The compensation range provided is based on the primary location of the role. Actual base salary offers will consider various factors, including skills, experience, and the specific hiring location.
