We're Hiring: Software Product Owner + Project Manager

Responsibilities:
• Define and manage the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Gather and analyze requirements from stakeholders and translate them into clear user stories.
• Prioritize product backlog and ensure timely delivery of features.
• Oversee project timelines, resources, and risks to ensure successful execution.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Monitor and improve project processes for better efficiency and effectiveness.
• Act as the primary point of contact between stakeholders and development teams.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Product Owner, Project Manager, or in a similar role in a software development environment.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project management frameworks.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams (developers, designers, QA, etc.).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with Jira.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• A background in software development or IT is a plus.
• Fluency in Arabic is essential.
