Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Social Media Manager to lead day-to-day social media execution for assigned brands. The role requires a strong balance of content thinking, copywriting excellence, and client servicing, with hands-on experience managing brand accounts and coordinating with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage social media accounts across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, X, and LinkedIn
• Develop and execute monthly content calendars aligned with brand objectives
• Write high-quality English and/or Arabic social media copy (posts, captions, basic scripts)
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients on social media deliverables
• Present content plans, take feedback, and ensure timely implementation
• Coordinate with design, video, and media teams to ensure smooth execution
• Monitor performance and prepare basic monthly reports with insights and recommendations
• Stay updated on local and regional social media trends, especially within Oman
• Ensure brand tone, guidelines, and approvals are followed at all times
Skills
Required Skills & Experience
• Minimum 3 years of experience in social media management (agency experience preferred)
• Strong copywriting skills for social and digital platforms
• Proven client servicing and stakeholder management experience
• Good understanding of social media platforms, formats, and best practices
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines effectively
• Strong communication, presentation, and coordination skills
Preferred Qualifications
• Omani National (preferred)
• Experience with social media reporting dashboards
• Knowledge of paid social basics is an advantage
• Bilingual (Arabic & English) is a strong plus
