Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Social Media Manager to lead day-to-day social media execution for assigned brands. The role requires a strong balance of content thinking, copywriting excellence, and client servicing, with hands-on experience managing brand accounts and coordinating with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
Manage social media accounts across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, X, and LinkedInDevelop and execute monthly content calendars aligned with brand objectivesWrite high-quality English and/or Arabic social media copy (posts, captions, basic scripts)Act as the primary point of contact for clients on social media deliverablesPresent content plans, take feedback, and ensure timely implementationCoordinate with design, video, and media teams to ensure smooth executionMonitor performance and prepare basic monthly reports with insights and recommendationsStay updated on local and regional social media trends, especially within OmanEnsure brand tone, guidelines, and approvals are followed at all timesSkills
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in social media management (agency experience preferred)Strong copywriting skills for social and digital platformsProven client servicing and stakeholder management experienceGood understanding of social media platforms, formats, and best practicesAbility to manage multiple accounts and deadlines effectivelyStrong communication, presentation, and coordination skillsPreferred Qualifications
Omani National (preferred)Experience with social media reporting dashboardsKnowledge of paid social basics is an advantageBilingual (Arabic & English) is a strong plusWhat We Offer
