Role Description
He/she is able to work independantly and have a creative design flair. He/she is responsible for planning, developing, implementing and managing the overall digital marketing strategy.
Specific Responsibilities
• Plan and execute our brand’s Social Media pages, website, advertising and promotions.
• Create and optimising the design and content of all online assets including the company website and social media pages to increase company’s social content visibility
• Assist in creating, updating and ensure proper site products and content for social media and listing on various Marketplaces.
• Lead Generation
• Brainstorm marketing ideas and create initiatives
• Attend to customers enquiries and provide good customer service.
• Offline assistance at the boutique
Competencies
• Design and create creative storytelling to engage online audiences and increase enagagement
• Outline plans for online media calender to ensure marketing plans are executed timely by managing multiple platforms
• Able to provide reports on online media and analyze online behaviours and effectively plan next marketing activities to capture audiences
• To communicate and provide excellent customer service to customers online/offline
Job Requirements
• Minimum of 1-2 years’ of relevant experience preferred
• Proficient in Adobe creative software such as Photoshop
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interest in social media will be an advantage
• Excellent command of English, both verbal and written communication
• Good attention to detail
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
