Waymo's Technical Program Managers are accountable for executing the company's roadmap by providing cross-functional planning and proactive risk management.
This role involves translating Site Reliability Engineering principles into executable programs to embed best practices across engineering organizations.
• Program Management: Drive effective incident response protocols and lead post-incident retrospectives to ensure consistent root cause analysis.
• On-call Program Excellence: Partner with SREs and teams to elevate on-call hygiene through defining, implementing, and enforcing best practices.
