Responsibilities:
• Lead and facilitate all Scrum events, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement sessions, ensuring they are time-efficient and focused on sprint objectives.
• Coach and guide development and product teams on Agile and Scrum practices to strengthen collaboration, self-organization, and accountability.
• Identify and help remove blockers and risks that may impact project progress, while maintaining team focus and protecting them from external distractions.
• Act as the main contact between the technology and product teams to ensure smooth communication and alignment on priorities.
• Monitor sprint progress, track delivery against goals, and drive continuous improvement initiatives through regular retrospectives and actionable feedback.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related discipline.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in retail banking, fintech, or large-scale digital transformation projects, with proven experience as a Scrum Master.
• Proficient in Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or equivalent platforms.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum methodology and hands-on experience in team coaching and backlog management.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM, or similar) qualification is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
