Qualification & Experience: Minimum bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.7+ years of experience in Agile delivery, Scrum Mastery, product delivery, or program coordination, preferably in banking or financial services. Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile delivery frameworks (Scrum and/or Kanban). Experience working in multi-team or scaled Agile environments is preferred. Familiarity with digital banking platforms, mobile applications, or web-based solutions is an required.
Skills: Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent Agile certification. SAFe® Agilist, SAFe® Scrum Master, or experience working within SAFe, Nexus, or LeSS frameworks is an advantage. Agile Coaching or Program/Delivery Management certifications are a plus. Strong understanding of Agile practices, backlog management, and user story creation. Good stakeholder management and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with developers, designers, and business teams. Analytical and problem-solving mindset with data-driven decision-making capabilities.
