Position: Salesforce Architect with Contact Center expert
Location: Chicago, IL
Duration: 12+ Months Contract Position
Description:
The Salesforce Architect will own the overall solution design and platform alignment for the Dispute and Collection initiative. This role ensures that business requirements are translated into a scalable, secure, and Salesforce-aligned architecture, covering internal CRT users and external Experience Cloud users.
Key Responsibilities
• Leads and define the overall Salesforce solution architecture for Dispute Management, Collection Management, Payments, and Open ARs
• Partner with CRT Business stakeholders and the Business Analyst to translate business requirements into technical design
• Define high-level solution architecture, including:
• Salesforce data model and object strategy
• Persona-based security and access controls
• Integration architecture with upstream and downstream systems
• Recommend and apply Salesforce best practices, identifying standard vs. custom solutions
• Identify and document assumptions, dependencies, risks, and mitigation strategies
• Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, security, and compliance standards
• Support definition of MVP scope and phased delivery roadmap
• Assist in L3 estimates and high-level delivery timelines
• Provide architectural oversight and guidance during the development and implementation phase
