Main Duties and Responsibilities:
• Align EA mandate, strategic goals to the Neoleap requirements, expectations and needs
• Create an EA roadmap that moves the architecture from the as-is state to to-be state defined in target architecture
• Provide high-level estimations and the schedule for the initiatives for Investment planning
• Review and update the EA operating model items (organization, governance, processes) to reflect strategy changes
• Create EA KPI, develop performance status reports ensuring the achievement of all set KPIs and highlight variances
• Provide with fit for purpose communication plan. Assist in planning Communication activities, preparing content & publishing
• Participate and support the development and execution of innovative technology solutions.
• Translate business requirements into technically feasible and optimized solutions.
• Design, architect, and implement new and complex systems, considering future needs and integrations.
• Conduct thorough proof-of-concepts and assessments to evaluate new technologies.
• Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies and trends, identifying impactful opportunities for adoption.
• Develop and maintain the solution architecture, ensuring adherence to standards and best practices.
• Collaborate effectively with stakeholders across departments to ensure alignment and buy-in.
• Lead initiatives to increase the focus on innovation within Neoleap. Contribute ideas and insight to help optimize IT resources to stay current with evolving business trends and new technologies
• Identify the most qualified innovation opportunities and support the PoC for those innovation opportunities and support in enabling innovative thinking
• Ongoing research and assessment of new analysis approaches for potential use within the Enterprise.
• Oversee the research of new technologies to support the development of EA strategy and create added value
• Understand the value of Innovation initiative and demonstrate the Innovation capability value
• Supervise conducting periodic research and propose improvements to architecture, asset management efforts
• Collect, analyze and qualify innovation opportunities and provide the implementation options, assess the business value.
• Oversee IT architecture strategy, ensuring that systems are designed, integrated, and maintained according to performance, scalability, and security requirements.
• Design and evaluate technology solutions, architectures, and platforms to ensure alignment with enterprise needs and long-term technology strategy.
• Conduct solution assessments, proof-of-concepts, and technology evaluations to support innovation and continuous improvement.
Qualification:
• Bachelor’s Degree Required.
• TOGAF / COBIT/ Zachman certified
• Strong analytical skills in order to examine business systems, determine trends, and develop ways to streamline processes.
• Team management and leadership experience
• Project management abilities to effectively serve as an organization’s EA capability leader and oversee personnel
• Knowledge of all EA domains
• Knowhow of EA tools
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies
• Project Management knowledge (PMP, CAPM Etc.)
• Extensive and proven experience in field of market and development research
• High-level knowledgeable in various research and testing methodologies
• Excellent leadership and motivational skills
