What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
• Drive revenue results for the SMB segment by focusing on high-impact activities and collaborating with Marketing on pipeline generation
• Provide consistent coaching to sales representatives to help them reach their full potential and grow in their careers
• Recruit and onboard new sales reps in alignment with market demand, ensuring a team of high-caliber performers
• Establish executive relationships with customers and support the sales team without overshadowing their efforts
• Collaborate with Revenue Operations to identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to accelerate deal flow
What is Required (Qualifications)
• Proven experience managing a team of Account Executives delivering $5M+/year in ARR at a growth-stage SaaS company
• Demonstrated track record of hiring and onboarding sales reps who quickly become top performers
• Strong coaching skills with the ability to identify skill gaps and deliver effective training
• Operational mindset with experience in refining sales processes and tools
• Ability to become a product and industry expert while building trust with customers and team members
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
• Experience running sales teams in both sales-led and product-led go-to-market motions
• Background in selling platform applications to Talent and/or People leaders
