🔧 What You’ll Be DoingLearn & Master the ProductsAttend structured product and application training at HQ (paid)
Build deep technical knowledge through classes, seminars, and on-the-job coaching
Consultative Sales & Customer EngagementVisit manufacturers 3 days per week to consult face-to-face with customers
Understand customer challenges and recommend the right technical solutions
Provide professional technical consultation across multiple industries
Respond promptly to customer inquiries and application needs
Grow Accounts & TerritorySecure new customers consistently and efficiently
Manage and grow assigned sales territory
Contribute to account strategies and territory planning
Execute new product launches and market expansion initiatives
Support off-site seminars, demos, and trade shows
Work Independently & ProfessionallyManage daily activities with minimal supervision
Follow company sales processes, policies, and professional standards
✅ Who We’re Looking For🎓 Education & BackgroundDegree in Engineering or Business-related discipline
Sales experience in any industry is a plus, but not required

Comfortable engaging customers and solving real-world problems
🚗 Other RequirementsWilling to travel up to 60% of the time (including occasional overnight stays)

Valid Class 3 driving license
