Roles & Responsibilities
Location: 2 Jurong East Street 21, IMM Building, Singapore 609601
Salary: Up to $2,400 + AWS + Variable Bonus
Working Hours:
• Monday to Thursday: 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM
• Friday: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
Job Responsibilities
• Ensure all sales orders are entered accurately and promptly
• Issue and process sales orders, packing lists, invoices, and delivery orders
• Generate credit/debit/replacement notes for returned goods or short bills
• Liaise with customers and handle sales enquiries professionally
• Prepare sales reports and update web orders for new products/outlets
• Check inventory balance and manage office supply orders
• Handle e-orders, emails, and local purchase orders
• Perform other administrative and ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
• Singaporean only
• Minimum 'N' Level qualification or above
• Relevant working experience preferred; PC literate
• Able to work independently, self-motivated, and a good team player
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with clients
• Able to start work immediately
