• Position : Sales Coordinator (Tender, Costing & Order Processing) – Up to $3,700 + AWS
• Location : Kaki Bukit (Between Ubi & Kaki Bukit MRT)
• Working hours : Monday to Friday | 8.30am to 6.00pm
• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Basic up to $3,700 + AWS + Bonus of Average 1-2 months + 14 Days Annual Leaves + Medical Leaves + Dental Benefits + Birthday Allowance

Main Responsibilities:
• Prepare sales quotations, proposals, and tender submissions (documents, costings, material submissions)
• Review construction drawings to calculate material quantities for costing/quotes
• Coordinate with factories on required documents; ensure submissions are accurate and on time
• Support the sales team in customer enquiries and issue resolution (when needed)
• Manage sales order processing from quotation to Delivery Order
Requirements:
• 1–2 years’ experience in sales support / project coordination / project management support
• Comfortable with numbers and costing; strong Excel (PowerPoint/Word included)
• Diploma in Business / Electrical Engineering (or equivalent relevant experience)
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to communicate with clients who can only converse in Mandarin.
