Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Menlo Park, CA, for a Quality Assurance Specialist. The Specialist will oversee and ensure the implementation of quality control systems, manage quality assurance processes, and monitor compliance with industry standards and regulations. The role includes conducting quality audits, implementing best practices, and enforcing Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to support the organization’s commitment to maintaining excellence and safety standards.
Qualifications
• Experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Control to monitor processes and improve operational outcomes.
• Proficiency in Quality Management and knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) to ensure compliance and operational standards.
• Skills in Quality Auditing to assess and enhance the effectiveness of quality and compliance systems.
• Attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with industry regulations and standards, with a demonstrated ability to drive compliance across operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., CQA, CQE) are a plus.
