• *Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct regular quality assessments to troubleshoot and resolve issues with product functionality.
- Partner with R&D to evaluate new products or parts and generate detailed quality reports.
- Execute functional, performance, and reliability tests.
- Maintain compliance with Quality Management Systems, including ISO 9001.
- Provide expert QMS advice and lead continuous improvement efforts across all business units.
- Manage ESG projects from initiation to completion, aligning with corporate sustainability goals.
- Create and oversee project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring efficient resource coordination.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on schedule and within budget.
- Perform additional duties as delegated by the team leader.

- Bachelor’s degree in Electronic and Electrical Engineering.
- At least 2 years of experience in operations, quality, and engineering within the manufacturing sector.
- Proficient in Quality System Standards, including ISO9001, ISO14001, and ISO45001.
- Solid understanding of sustainability concepts, ESG frameworks, and current industry trends.
