Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Recruitment Executive with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in full-cycle recruitment. The candidate will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment process from manpower planning to onboarding.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding
• Understand hiring requirements from department heads and prepare job descriptions accordingly
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels
• Screen CVs and conduct initial HR interviews
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up on feedback
• Manage offer letters, documentation, and joining formalities
• Maintain and update recruitment trackers and candidate databases
• Ensure timely closure of positions as per defined timelines
• Support employer branding and recruitment drives
• Adhere to company recruitment policies and procedures
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in start-to-end recruitment
• Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and job portals
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple positions simultaneously.
• Target-oriented and able to work under pressure.
