Key Responsibilities
• Handle pre-verification before plan activation.
• Manage billing calls and customer billing clarifications.
• Conduct post-verification/welcome calls after activation.
• Perform credit verification for mobile plan eligibility.
Requirements
• Freshers or experienced candidates can apply.
• Communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus).
• Ability to handle customer calls professionally.
• Basic knowledge of telecom processes is beneficial.
• Proficient in MS Office tools
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Prefer male candidate with an Own Visa
