Salary for the candidate will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including: experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, etc. The salary range presented below is based on a 35-hour workweek and would represent a majority of different candidate profiles. However, we encourage candidates who may fall outside of this range to apply as well. Salary range (but not limited to): 94,200 - 115,200 About the role We’re looking for a Project Manager, Digital Enablement to join our growing team! This is a temporary mandate. What you will accomplish in your role Own the program operating rhythm • Maintain a single source of truth for scope, schedule, risks, decisions, and status • Prepare and run steering committees: agenda, decision papers, KPI/budget/status pack, minutes, and action tracking • Build and maintain the integrated program plan across all workstreams • Manage cross-workstream dependencies, critical path, and the release calendar • Operate the Change Control Board (intake, impact assessment, recommendations) and trigger CCB for schedule impacts >2 weeks; escalate material items to SteerCo • Maintain a decision log with owners and due dates and ensure decisions are communicated and implemented • Ensure quality gates are planned and met • Chair weekly risk/issue reviews and escalate only material risks per thresholds • Track budget burn vs. baseline, manage forecasts and variances, and present options/trade-offs • Oversee partnership for delivery performance, staffing, scope adherence, and contract/SOW alignment • Maintain stakeholder map and communication plan and tailor updates for executives, business owners, and workstreams • Coordinate go-live readiness (UAT results, defect triage, security approvals, ops runbooks, support model, rollback plans) • Lead go/no-go and hypercare planning and confirm monitoring and incident response are in place • Ensure adherence to security/compliance and data/privacy requirements and capture sign-offs What you are bringing • 5-7 years of experience in project management • Experience with Adobe Experience Manager an asset • Agile certification (SAFe, POPm, etc.) an asset • Track record running complex, multi-workstream programs with formal governance (SteerCo, CCB) in a matrixed environment • Experience establishing and owning an operating rhythm: status packs, decision logs, RAID management, and executive communications • Exposure to both agile and waterfall (or hybrid) delivery models, including release planning and go/no-go governance • Familiarity with enterprise environments: security/compliance, data privacy, vendor/partner management, and contract/SOW alignment • Comfortable interfacing with executives, business owners, technology teams, and external partners • For candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism is required considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with English-speaking colleagues across the country #LI-Hybrid Il s'agit d'un nouveau rôle au sein de notre équipe en plein croissance | This role is a new member of our growing team.
