Project Management Expertise
• 5 – 10 years experience managing IT and Meeting Room AV projects.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (PMP or equivalent preferred).
Technical Knowledge
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) setup and configuration.
• Familiarity with AV hardware, video conferencing systems, and integration with IT infrastructure.
IT Infrastructure Knowledge (Good to Have)
• Understanding of network design, cabling standards, server/computer room setup, and raised floor requirements.
• Ability to coordinate with Infra teams on technical dependencies.
Stakeholder & Vendor Management
• Strong ability to manage multiple stakeholders and vendors effectively.
• Skilled in negotiation and conflict resolution.
Budget & Cost Management
• Experience in preparing tracking, and controlling project budgets.
Soft Skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
Certifications (Preferred)
PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent.
