About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Application Project Manager to lead the planning and execution of IT application projects within a large, complex enterprise environment.
In this role, you will be responsible for defining project scope, schedules, budgets, and success metrics, while coordinating multidisciplinary teams to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery. You will act as a central point of coordination between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, strong governance, and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
This position is well suited for a project manager who is comfortable operating in environments with multiple stakeholders, strong political dynamics, and ongoing organizational transformation.
Required Qualifications and Technical Skills
• 3 to 5 years of experience as an Application Project Manager
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Project, preferably the Enterprise version
(Version 2016 preferred; version 2013 accepted)
• Experience delivering projects in large-scale, complex enterprise environments
• Demonstrated ability to navigate organizational complexity and stakeholder dynamics
• Solid understanding of IT project delivery principles and governance

• Define project plans, objectives, budgets, and success criteria
• Ensure effective allocation of resources and adherence to project schedules
• Deliver projects on time and within approved budgets
• Maintain clear, consistent communication with all stakeholders
• Ensure accountability and performance across project teams
Key Responsibilities
• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, resource requirements, and success metrics
• Lead multidisciplinary teams during the delivery of IT application projects
• Manage schedules, budgets, risks, and resources to ensure successful project completion
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee project-related communications to stakeholders
• Coach, guide, motivate, and supervise project team members
• Promote accountability and ownership of assigned tasks and deliverables
• Adapt project execution approaches to align with a changing organizational environment
