Principle Program Manager – Network, Hosting & Storage Portfolio Location: British Columbia (Remote) Duration: 6 Months (Possible extension) Role Summary Seeking a Principle Program Manager to lead the portfolio for the Network, Hosting & Storage domains. This role owns the integrated quarterly plan across Cloud & DC Network, Campus Network, Hosting/Storage/Backup, and DevOps Network, driving execution, capacity planning, dependency management, and clear leadership reporting. Key Responsibilities • Own the yearly roadmap and quarterly execution plan across major initiatives, mandatory refreshes, and operational commitments. • Build and maintain capacity planning (demand vs. capacity), surface gaps, and drive mitigation via sequencing, resourcing, or scope tradeoffs. • Drive end-to-end delivery: milestones, dependencies, RAID, and cross-team coordination. • Lead key programs including: -Cloud Network Optimization (CloudWAN rollouts, consolidations, cost optimization) -Infrastructure Hosting Strategy (migration/exits aligned with Finance and leadership commitments) -Network Observability & Reliability (network health, SLA/availability dashboards) -Identity-Based Network Access (cert-based/passwordless wireless; partial IoT rollout) -IPv6 scaling for global region expansion -Campus Wireless Modernization (WiFi7, guest WiFi) and campus tech refresh rollouts -Cloud Edge rollouts • Establish operating rhythm (weekly delivery reviews, monthly portfolio reviews) and publish executive-ready dashboards/status updates. Qualifications 10+ years program management in infrastructure/network/cloud/platform environments. Proven experience running multi-team portfolios with complex dependencies and capacity constraints. Strong planning, analytics, and communication skills; comfortable with senior technical stakeholders. Working knowledge of Jira/Confluence and common reporting/dashboard tools (PowerBI/Tableau/Airtable preferred).
