We are seeking an experienced IT Program Manager to lead and deliver cross-functional technology initiatives supporting Human Resources, Sales, and Marketing organizations. This role will manage projects for enterprise applications including ERP platforms, Salesforce, Workday, and related business systems. The Program Manager will own projects end-to-end, working closely with business and technical stakeholders to ensure successful planning, execution, and delivery. Key Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects supporting HR (Workday), Sales (Salesforce), and Marketing initiatives • Partner with business stakeholders to understand project goals, requirements, scope, timelines, and success criteria • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk management plans • Coordinate cross-functional teams including IT, vendors, and business partners to execute project deliverables • Proactively identify, manage, and remove project roadblocks, risks, and dependencies • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget • Facilitate project governance, status reporting, and executive updates • Manage change requests and ensure proper communication and stakeholder alignment • Ensure adherence to IT standards, security requirements, and compliance policies • Drive continuous improvement in project management practices and delivery outcomes Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field • 5+ years of experience managing IT projects in an enterprise environment • Experience supporting business systems for HR, Sales, or Marketing • Experience with one or more enterprise platforms such as ERP systems, Workday, or Salesforce • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, or Hybrid) • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Preferred Qualifications • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification preferred • Experience working with third-party vendors and system integrators
