**MEP Construction Engineer Job description**
• *Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Perform a detailed study of Contract Documents such as drawings, specifications and scope of work.
- Prepare Material Request as per Site requirements.
- Plan, allocate & manage a team of Supervisors, Technicians & Helpers.
- Should be capable of handling Sub-contractors.
- Monitor & report budget vs actual cost variance.
- Co-ordinate & manage Client requirements & attend meetings.
• *Education and/or Work Experience Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 to 10 years of related experience.
- Strong understanding of MEP construction processes, standards, and regulations.
- Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
