QA/QC Engineer (Construction) Male

Job Title: QA/QC Engineer – Construction - Male Location: Dubai, UAE Job Type: Full-time Job Description: We are looking for an experienced QA/QC Engineer to ensure quality standards are implemented and maintained across high-rise and villa construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for inspections, quality documentation, and compliance with project specifications and UAE standards. Key Responsibilities: • Implement and maintain the Project Quality Plan (PQP) • Conduct site inspections for civil/architectural/MEP works as applicable • Ensure works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and standards • Prepare and review ITPs, Method Statements, MIRs, WIRs, and NCRs • Coordinate with consultants and site teams for inspections and approvals • Monitor material quality and ensure approved materials are used on-site • Identify non-conformities and ensure corrective/preventive actions • Maintain quality records and prepare QA/QC reports • Support audits, testing, commissioning, and project handover Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering (Civil / Mechanical / Electrical) • Minimum 4–7 years experience as a QA/QC Engineer in high-rise & villa projects • Strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures and UAE construction standards • Experience with ISO 9001 quality systems preferred • Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications • Proficient in MS Office; documentation skills essential • Good communication and coordination skills Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
