KPMG is currently looking for a Manager in Operational Technology Cybersecurity to enhance our Advisory Services team. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct comprehensive OT cybersecurity assessments, including IEC 62443 and cyber maturity evaluations like NIST CSF 2.0, across various industries, providing insightful recommendations to address identified vulnerabilities. • Identify potential OT risks and articulate their impacts, offering effective strategies for risk mitigation. • Develop and implement security strategies for OT environments, focusing on industrial control systems (ICS) and supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) systems. • Analyze OT network architectures and system performance, examining network traffic and logs to design optimal OT security controls. • Create and develop policies, plans, and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant regulations. • Design advanced OT cyber solutions and facilitate the implementation of network segmentation, remote access controls, and sophisticated intrusion detection/prevention systems. • Exemplify integrity, professionalism, and accountability, contributing to KPMG's respectful and courteous work culture. Qualifications: • At least five years of recent experience in information security or a related technology field. • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or equivalent professional experience. • Outstanding interpersonal and leadership skills with a proven ability to gain the confidence and respect of senior-level executives. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment, rapidly understanding new technologies and contributing effectively. • Willingness to travel as necessary. • Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
